We ask that when making appointments you let us know what your needs is for that visit so that the appropriate amount of time can be budgeted.  We try to keep open enough time to accommodate same day appointments, but realize that various urgencies may arise that make this impractical.

Our business office staff continues to fill out appropriate insurance forms for our patients and, to the extent that we can, assist you in the paper work aspect of your visits.  We presently send all Medicare and Medicaid insurance electronically and are working on private insurances.

E-mail:  We are presently experimenting with E-mail communications with our patients.  So far this is uncharted territory and we do not know what its overall function is going to be.  We do not feel that it is an appropriate venue for doctor patient communication regarding a specific disorder, as this is usually a private matter that is best reserved for the consultation and exam room.  However, it should be a very helpful devise for communicating administrative information.
